I've loved every minute of the profession, from salon & spa ownership to owning a very successful barber & beauty academy. I'm committed to using my experience, knowledge and passion tomentor and empower the next generation in this field.I learned the Art of Body Sugaring in 1999, I was immediately intrigued by the skillset to master it. The advanced hand technique is what sets body sugaring apart from other hair removal techniques. I entered the beauty industry in 2013 and fell in love with the art and science of body sugaring in 2018. In 2023, I moved to Kansas City and opened Zucchero Studios, a space built on inclusion, intention, education, and a luxury-yet-comfortable experience for every body that walks through the door.
Just two years later, I proudly won Best of KC Hair Removal 2025, a milestone that reflects not just skill, but community trust, client love, and the passion I bring to this industry every day.
As an LGBTQ-owned small business, inclusivity and safe touch matter deeply to me. I love creating confidence—whether that’s confidence in my clients as they embrace their skin or in the professionals I mentor as they grow in their craft.
