Built from experience
Radeq Lab was built on the work of Radek Pielczyk — CEO Radeq Lab Sugaring & Manufactory, founder of Dermaepil, and creator of multiple sugaring formulas that continue to be used by brands and professionals worldwide, including private label solutions.
His work has always been focused on one goal: creating formulas that perform in real treatment conditions and elevate the standard of professional sugaring.

Our story
Crafting quality sugar pastes since 2009

In 2008, our CEO Radek Pielczyk discovered sugaring while studying cosmetology in Krakow, Poland. He began creating his own versions to improve the ancient method of hair removal.
2009-2011

He founded Dermaepil by creating his own sugar pastes and expanding the brand with new varieties of pastes, such as White Soft and White Regular. Essential sugaring products were also added, like talc-free powder and post-sugaring lotion.

All the while, he travelled the world, teaching sugaring and introducing this method of hair removal to many confectioners around the world, at the same time improving techniques.

Boom! A new making spot popped up in Klijndijk, The Netherlands, turbocharging our production and unlocking exciting new possibilities! 🇳🇱

Our investment in machinery tripled our production capacity. We offer contract manufacturing services, including 30+ sugar paste formulations.

Radek trains worldwide in sugaring hair removal. He discovered that sugar pastes could be more effective, efficient, and provide additional benefits for salons and, above all, clients' skin.

We've revamped our look, split our private label and brand, and changed our name from Dermaepil to Radeq Lab. Thanks to rapid growth, we've moved to a bigger spot in Albergen with bigger production and a bigger warehouse.

In 2022, we launched a brand with prebiotics for healthy skin by using our innovative Inuflex Technology™ to create the world's first sugar paste with prebiotics. In addition, we are investing in super-smart automation to increase our production!
